Really good and satisfying vegetarian recipes?
There is a great site called vegetariantimes.com where you can get help, lots of recipes, and they even have a web based vegetarian camp for newbies. And I hate beans but I eat a load of them in soups and chillies, on pasta - a neat trick to eat a lot of beans - I put them in the blender and mix them in everything, including tomato sauce and you can't taste them. I even pour some in vegetable smoothies, you get the good protein and don't have to chew them up. I hate the dry consistency. Try it. I also make pizzas with flour tortillas. Put on your own favorite toppings. Mine happens to be sauce, roasted tomatoes,onions, and garlic. Then sprinkled with veg. cheese. Delicious!
