3 month old circumcision?

We planned to have our son circumcised but he had to stay in NICU to have tests done so my doctor couldn't do it. I've called and called and called to get him in but they will NOT accept for whatsoever reason. Is 3 months too late? Should I still do it or just leave it alone? His father isn't circumcised, I know it's best to get it done but I don't know, HELP please. And if anyone knows any doctors that will do it in Katy TX or Houston TX without requiring a bunch of stuff, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks! (:
