Can scientists bring a person back from the dead?

i know scientists can get a sperm and egg sample and create a human but other than that (sexually involving) can they create a human by say artificial intelligence or like joining humans organs together (like frankestein)?? if a person dies, can scientists somehow scientifically using their knowledge and latest technology bring the person back to life? if scientists froze a human body for say 50 years or maybe more would they be able to make it alive again?
