How long does it take to get your contacts?

Like, if I were to get a pair of spectacles I will have to go to my optician and wait about 3-4 days before my glasses are made. So, if I buy disposable contacts how long do I have to wait? Or is it bought on-the-spot? Thanks and I'm asking because I need them tomorrow.
