I have 'evolved' into a being that no longer requires food to sustain my life?

Oh, I still eat, but it is absorbed out of nutrients in the air. I still must ingest liquids for water, which I find to be disappointing. I cannot reveal this to the scientific world, because I'm not going to be a spectacle or a guinea pig. Doesn't this prove Evolution is true?
