How to make my hair grow out fast?

So basically yesterday the b! tch that cut my hair made it way too short and I hate it. I want it about 2 inches longer. It looks so bad an ugly because I used to have super long hair. But the last time I got it highlighted I noticed almost 2 inches of regrowth about 4-6 weeks after, so I guess my hair grows super fast. I just want it a couple inches longer. I take one multivitamin, 2 hair, skin, and nails vitamins a day (double dose), I don't wash it too often (every other day), cut down on the flat iron, massage scalp, and I smoke weed (it's scientifically proven that it speeds up hair growth b/c it increases blood flow to scalp), but I smoked weed before that it's not why I'm doing it, don't tell me not to b/c it's my choice, anything else that can speed it up? About how long will it take to grow it 1/2 in- 2 inches? considering my hair grows pretty fast and I started taking vitamins for hair growth
