Can eyesight no. be treated to normal without any surgical method ?

Hello frenz my eye error is 0.5 right eye and 0.25 left, though itz minute but without spectacles i do suffer frm headaches most of the time, but i dont want those glasses on my nose 24*7. Want to quit them can i do so, can i rectify my eyesight. Plzzz suggest me how?
