How long will it take me to recover from the psychological trauma of Beatrice's hat?

I know a lot of you were shocked and disgusted by the spectacle of Bea's crazy wedding hat, but it really hit me hard. It took me a week to recover the power of speech. It took me over a month to be able to leave home (please be sympathetic, I live in London where there is actually a real danger of running into Beatrice on the street). I am now able to go about my day-to-day life again, but I still have this horrible fear that I will turn the corner and see Beatrice wearing her ridiculous so-called fascinator! How can I cope? Is anyone else still traumatised?
