Muslims, what is the main reason that you believe Islam is the only true religion?

Every prophet brought the message that God is one. People after them changed the message they brought. There is solid proof of this. If you ask a Rabbi or priest or anyone, they will agree. the only message that didn't change and stayed true to every letter is Muhammad's message of islam.
