Spectacles with prisms in - which is right?

If the new set of glasses don't work for you then you need to go back to the optician who perscribed them and complain. It is up to the optician to fix the issue. Prism's shouldn't hurt - I have them in my glasses. I don't know what the persription should look like, but if you've given the new perscription 48 hours and it doesnt' work for you you need to take teh glasses back.
